Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services before implementation begins. Once integration or setup work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Setup Charges

One-time setup charges are non-refundable after service activation or integration.

3. API Usage Charges

Charges incurred through API usage are non-refundable once the service has been consumed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in cases where payment was made incorrectly or services could not be delivered due to technical limitations.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.
